Inter Milan produced an emphatic performance at the San Siro on Saturday, crushing Udinese 4-0 to reclaim the top spot in Serie A.
The Nerazzurri exploded out of the gates, with Hakan Calhanoglu opening the scoring from the penalty spot in the 37th minute. Just five minutes later, Federico Dimarco doubled the lead with a stunning strike from outside the box.
The rout continued in the 44th minute as Marcus Thuram added a third for Inter, capitalizing on some poor Udinese defending.
Lautaro Martinez put the icing on the cake in the 84th minute, completing a dominant display for the hosts and securing the three points.
The victory sends Inter back to the summit of the Serie A table, three points clear of second-placed Juventus.
Inter will now turn their attention to the Champions League, where they face Liverpool in the round of 16 first leg on February 15th.
