Former President Donald Trump has launched a line of sneakers, available on the Trump Sneakers website. The sneakers come in three limited-edition models and are priced at $399 per pair. The gold high-top style is called "Never."
Trump debuted the sneakers at Sneaker Con in Philadelphia on Saturday, just one day after a New York state judge ordered him to pay $355 million in damages in a fraud lawsuit.
The sneakers are made in Italy and feature the Trump name and logo. They are available in sizes 5 to 14. According to the website, the sneakers are "perfect for the discerning individual who wants to make a statement."
The launch of the sneaker line has been met with mixed reactions. Some people have praised the sneakers as a "great investment," while others have criticized them as being "overpriced" and "tacky."
